Amber & Stevens Rainy Smokies Session in Cades Cove

These two love birds are both from New Hampshire and moved down here to Tennessee a couple years ago. They love, love, looveee the mountains, so naturally they wanted their engagement session to be in the heart of the Smokies! The absolutely KILLED it during their session! IT was a little gloomy and rainy for their session; but I honestly loved it. They cloudy sky helped the mountains stand out more, and it added a nice, deep, moody tone to the images.

Sessions in Cades Cove of the Great Smoky Mountains are fun and you get a scenic drive during the process! If you've wanted a session done in Cade's Cove, you'll probably want to allot about 3 hours. On a weekday, it usually take 1.5 hours to just drive the one-way loop, not including any stops. An hourish of shooting time plus the driving time and to account for any traffic. Be warned: Cades Cove in the fall is THE busiest time; and drive times can take 4+ hours.
